MARY KAYE WALDRON AWARD NOMINATIONS The Mary Kaye Waldron Award was established in 1996 in honor of Mary Kaye Waldron, a BC student who died of cancer in 1995. The award recognizes a member of the BC faculty, administration, or staff who has demonstrated a continual commitment to the ideals of Boston College. Nominations will be accepted through Wednesday, March 25th. Download the nomination form at UGBC.org/MKW and email it to the UGBC Directors of FAS Programming or drop them off in the UGBC offices on the second floor of 21 Campanella Way. Questions? UGBC SPRING CONCERT: LUPE FIASCO AND BEN FOLDS Save the date! COME2CONTE on Friday, March 27th, for UGBC's Spring Concert, featuring Ben Folds opening for Lupe Fiasco. Tickets will go on sale on Monday, March 16th, for $25 each. Purchase tickets for either the floor or stands at the Robsham Box Office, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 4:00PM through Thursday, March 26th, and on Friday, March 27th all day until showtime. On the evening of the performance, doors will open at 7:00PM for the 8:00PM show, but doors will close at 9:30PM so don’t wait and miss the concert of the semester! Questions? BC'S BEST! SINGER-SONGWRITER CONTEST Are you a singer/songwriter? Are you looking for a place to perform? RECYCLEMANIA AT BOSTON COLLEGE Help Boston College to reduce waste and recycle! RecycleMania is a friendly competition and benchmarking tool for college and university recycling programs to promote waste reduction activities on campus. Over a 10-week period, schools report recycling and trash data, which are then ranked. Each week, participating schools watch how their results fluctuate against other schools.
