Christmas Tree Lighting

BOSTON COLLEGE ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING
Get in the holiday spirit before classes end! Come to O'Neill Plaza on Tuesday, December 2nd, from 5:00PM until 7:00PM for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting. Enjoy a cappella groups, hot chocolate, cookie decorating and more! Father Leahy will light the tree at approximately 7:00PM. Bring canned food to donate! Questions? Ice Skating in Conte!

ICE SKATING IN CONTE FORUM
Ice skate on Kelley Rink where the BC Eagles Hockey Team plays! Come to Conte Forum on Thursday, December 4th, Friday, December 5th, and Saturday, December 6th for late night ice skating! Bring a friend and enjoy hot chocolate, music and more while skating from 11:30PM until 1:00AM. Rent skates for FREE or bring your own. FEED YOUR MIND: EASY COLLEGE MEALS
Michael Kann, a chef and Associate Director of Food and Beverage here at BC will give a presentation on a couple easy-to-make meals. Come to the Faculty Dining Room in McElroy Commons on Wednesday, December 3rd, from 7:30PM until 10PM to participate! During this event, appetizers, samples of the recipes presented, and dessert will be served. Copies of tips and the recipes will also be handed out at the end. Please come hungry and learn about easy meals for college students like yourself in the Faculty Dining Room. The space is limited to the first fifty in attendance, so get there early! Questions? Breaking the Barriers Ball

Come to our annual semi-formal holiday event on Thursday, December 4th, and get in the spirit of the season! This year’s Breaking the Barriers Ball will be in the Heights Room from 5:30PM until 9:30PM. Tickets will be $15, on sale in Robsham from December 1st until day of the event itself, from 8AM until 4PM while the box office is open. The Fall 2008 semester is almost over! Did you really enjoy a professor you had this semester? Was there a course with an insane workload? Help fellow students make great course registration decisions by using UGBC’s Professor Evaluation Profile system, also known as PEPs. Visit http://UGBC.org/PEPs to submit a PEP and let everyone know how professors structure their classes and what you think of the classes you’ve taken. You can even search PEPs if you're looking for that last class to round out your schedule for Spring 2009! SATELLITE PRINTING SURVEY
UGBC needs your help! Take a minute and fill out this survey if you live on Main Campus or off-campus to help UGBC gain valuable information regarding the satellite printing policy at BC. Grocery Shuttles Every Sunday, Now 1-5!

GROCERY SHUTTLES
Want an easy way to stock your fridge? UGBC’s weekly Grocery Shuttles are a fantastic resource! Conveniently leaving Conte Forum EVERY Sunday, buses transport students to and from Star Market on Beacon Street. Shuttles eliminate the hassle of carrying groceries back to campus by giving you easy access to the grocery store. With buses now running from 1:00PM until 5:00PM, students with or without a mean plan have ample time to shop. Whether you want snacks or cooking supplies, UGBC’s Grocery Shuttles are here for you! Want help registering for classes? eSyllabus is up and running for Spring registration. Now you get to see syllabi before you register for classes! To access the syllabi, log on to the Agora Portal (bc.edu/agora) and click on the “Course Syllabi” tab in the “Class Offering” section. Questions?
